Return & Exchange Policy

Lawrence D’Attilio Fine Art

Each Lawrence D’Attilio artwork is produced with great care and intention, often as a limited-edition or custom piece. Because of the nature of fine art, all sales are considered final.

Exchanges Only
We understand that purchasing art online is a meaningful decision. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your piece, we offer exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery

  • Artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging

  • Client is responsible for return shipping costs and insurance

  • Exchanges are subject to availability of other works

Once the returned artwork is received and inspected, we will assist you in selecting a replacement piece of equal value. If selecting a higher-priced work, the difference will be charged.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and artwork. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, including replacement when possible.

Custom & Commissioned Work
All custom, commissioned, or made-to-order pieces are final sale and not eligible for exchange.

A Note to Collectors
We encourage you to reach out prior to purchase with any questions about scale, materials, or placement. We are happy to provide additional images, videos, or guidance to ensure you feel confident in your selection.
